What it does

RecView transcribes every call your team runs — video or phone, English (AU, NZ, UK, US), with recruitment-specific vocabulary baked in. Accents, acronyms, ANZ candidate names, industry shorthand — all trained on real recruitment calls, not SaaS demos.

Speakers are automatically diarised and labelled with real names (pulled from your calendar and ATS). Every line is timestamped, so when you click a highlight in the summary, RecView drops you straight into the transcript at that second.

Transcripts are fully searchable across every call your agency has ever recorded. “Which candidates mentioned Xero?” “Who told me they were over £120k?” “Has anyone on my desk ever spoken to Alex at Northwind?” — answers in one query.

Are transcripts accurate on ANZ accents?
Yes — RecView's transcription is trained on Australian, New Zealand, UK and US recruitment calls, so it handles ANZ accents, Māori and Pasifika names, and the industry shorthand your consultants use every day.
Can a client see the full transcript?
Only if you want them to. Every transcript has two views — the internal view (full) and a share view, where you can redact lines, hide speakers, or clip to a highlight before sending the link.
What if two people talk over each other?
Diarisation handles overlap and marks it with a double-speaker label. You can correct any speaker label inline and RecView will learn the voices for future calls.
How long do transcripts stay available?
For the lifetime of your account by default. You can set custom retention per-client (e.g. delete after 24 months) to match candidate data agreements.
Can I export the transcript?
Yes — plain text, SRT, VTT or PDF. Transcripts auto-attach to the candidate or client record in your ATS as well.
