I already use AIRA Notetaker — do I still need RecView?
Depends on your call mix. If 80% of your calls are browser-based Teams/Meet, AIRA covers you. If you're taking mobile calls, in-person meetings, or phone calls via Aircall/RingCentral/Dialpad — AIRA can't capture those. RecView does.
Does RecView post to Recruiterflow Deals, or only candidates?
Both. BD calls land on the Deal record as activities; candidate calls land on the Candidate record as activities. Sales and recruiting both get the admin off their desk.
Can I trigger a Recruiterflow sequence after a call?
Yes. Common patterns: start a candidate nurture after a screen, send a client thank-you email after a BD call, fire a reference-check outreach after a final-stage interview. All configured in Recruiterflow, all triggered by RecView call-end events.
Does RecView work with Recruiterflow's Job Change Alerts?
