RecView ships native, two-way integrations with the 10 ATS platforms ANZ recruitment agencies actually run on — JobAdder, Bullhorn, Vincere, Tracker, Loxo, Firefish, Recruiterflow, Recruit CRM, Salesforce and Recruit Wizard. Not flimsy Zapier wiring. Proper integrations with field mapping, custom activity types and role-based permissions.

Every meeting or call writes a structured activity to the right candidate or client record. The activity type, subject, body, attachments, follow-up date and owner are all populated — either from your defaults or per-client overrides. Custom fields (salary expectations, notice period, location preference, role type) are filled from the summary if you’ve mapped them.

Sync is two-way. Candidate records updated in the ATS are reflected in RecView; notes edited in RecView push back to the ATS. If your ATS goes down, activities queue and retry — nothing is ever lost.

Is this a real integration or Zapier?
Real. We maintain native clients for all 10 ATS platforms, including OAuth, field mapping, custom activity types, custom objects and role-based permissions. We are a JobAdder Marketplace partner and on the Bullhorn Marketplace.
What if my ATS has custom fields?
We map them. Setup covers candidate, contact, job and placement custom fields — both standard (salary, notice, location) and agency-specific. You can also map AI-extracted fields (e.g. "preferred work pattern") to your ATS custom fields.
Does it sync both ways?
Yes. Candidate and contact changes in your ATS sync into RecView within minutes. Notes edited in RecView push back to the ATS — and you can configure whether edits create a new activity or update the existing one.
What happens during an ATS outage?
Activities are queued in a durable retry buffer. When the ATS comes back up, RecView catches up in order. Consultants never see an error; their work still writes.
Can I disable sync for specific calls?
Yes — per-call, per-candidate or per-client. You can also require manager approval before a sensitive call (e.g. reference check, exit interview) syncs to the ATS.
