Yes. RecView logs activities via the JobAdder API, so anything RecView posts is visible in the JobAdder web app, mobile app, and any reports you've built on top of activity data.
Can I sync mobile, in-person and VoIP call recordings to JobAdder?
Yes. RecView records native iOS and Android mobile calls plus face-to-face meetings on the mobile app, transcribes them, and logs the summary + recording URL to the matching JobAdder candidate — all automatically. Desk-phone and VoIP recordings from Aircall, RingCentral, Dialpad and other SIP providers sync the same way on top.
What does the JobAdder integration cost?
Nothing extra. The JobAdder integration is included on every RecView plan — Starter, Agency, Enterprise, and Internal TA. JobAdder doesn't charge for API usage either.
How long does setup actually take?
Five minutes for the OAuth handshake and user mapping. Most agencies are fully live (all consultants, all calls flowing) within a week — the limiting factor is usually your comms team approving the disclosure message for candidate-facing calls.
Can I choose which JobAdder user the activity posts as?
Yes. Each RecView consultant maps to their JobAdder user, so activities, notes and tasks land under the right person — respecting desk ownership and permission rules.
What happens if a candidate isn't in JobAdder yet?
RecView creates a draft candidate with the details it captured (name, role discussed, contact info if shared) and links the call summary. Your consultant can promote the draft to a full candidate in one click.
