Booking Links that create the candidate for you.

A booking page wired to your calendar, your ATS, and your note taker. Candidates and clients pick a slot — RecView creates or updates the record, sends the invite, and auto-records the meeting. No more bookings that vanish into your inbox.

What it does

Every booking becomes a record.

Recruitment runs on bookings — candidate screens, client kickoffs, intake calls, reference checks, BD intros. Every one of those bookings is a fresh record that someone has to type into the ATS, an invite that has to be sent, and a meeting that has to be captured. RecView’s booking links do all three in a single click from the booker’s side.

Pick a slot on your booking page; RecView checks your live calendar across Google and Outlook so you never get double-booked. The invite goes out with a Google Meet or Teams link attached. The candidate or contact is created in your ATS — or matched to the existing record by email so you don’t end up with duplicates. The meeting itself is wired to RecView from the moment it starts, so the recording, transcript and AI notes land on the right candidate or client record without anyone touching the ATS.

The result: no more bookings that live only in your inbox, no more “did anyone log this?” guesswork, and no more candidates who got screened but never made it onto a record. The data that lets you fill the role is captured the moment the booking is made.

  • Calendar-connected. Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook — no double-bookings, no awkward "actually I'm not free."
  • Auto-records every meeting. Google Meet or Teams link added to the invite and queued in RecView — recording, transcript and AI notes ready when the call ends.
  • Creates or updates the candidate. Every booking writes a candidate or contact to your ATS — matched on email so you don't duplicate existing records.
  • Activity logged automatically. The booking itself is logged as an activity on the record, with the meeting time, type and link.
  • Personal and team links. Each consultant gets their own page; team and round-robin links route to whoever's free.
  • Custom intake forms. Capture role, role type, location, salary expectations or whatever you need before the meeting starts — fields land on the candidate record.
  • Replaces Calendly. One less subscription, one fewer integration to maintain, and the bookings actually land in the ATS.
How it works

From slot picked to candidate in the ATS.

  1. 01

    Share your link

Drop your booking link in an email, an InMail, a job ad or a Vintro video. Candidates and clients pick a slot in seconds.

  2. 02

    RecView books it

Calendar checked, conflict avoided, invite sent with Meet / Teams attached. Booker fills your intake form on the way.

  3. 03

    ATS updated, meeting recorded

Candidate or contact created or matched in your ATS, activity logged, meeting queued for auto-record. You just show up.

Use it standalone, or with the rest of RecView

Booking links that play with everything.

Booking links work on their own — even if you don't use the note taker. Most teams pair them with one of these:

Don't use the note taker yet? Booking links still create the candidate, log the activity and update the ATS. You can turn auto-record on later.

Frequently asked

Questions recruiters actually ask.

Does it replace Calendly?
Yes. Most agencies drop Calendly when they switch to RecView booking links — the bookings actually create candidates in your ATS, log activities and queue auto-recording. Calendly does none of that.
Which calendars does it sync with?
Google Calendar and Outlook (Microsoft 365). Two-way sync — RecView reads your busy times so candidates only see real availability, and writes the booked event back to your calendar with the meeting link attached.
What happens to existing candidates if they book again?
RecView matches on email and updates the existing record — no duplicates. The booking is logged as a new activity with the meeting time, type and recording link.
Can I use it without the note taker?
Yes. Booking links still check your calendar, send the invite, and create or update the candidate or contact in your ATS — even with auto-record off. You can switch the note taker on whenever you're ready.
Can I use it with our BD outreach tool?
Yes — and it's the most common pairing. Embed your booking link inside a Vintro video BD intro: the prospect watches the video, clicks the link, picks a slot, and a contact lands in the ATS with the activity logged and the meeting auto-recorded.
Do team and round-robin links work?
Yes. Personal links per consultant, team links that route by availability, and round-robin for shared inboxes. Bookings still create the candidate against the consultant who took the meeting.
What ATSes does it create candidates in?
All 10 RecView integrations: JobAdder, Bullhorn, Vincere, Tracker, Loxo, Firefish, Recruiterflow, Recruit CRM, Salesforce and Recruit Wizard. Same record-mapping as the rest of RecView.
